Big Picture Vision + Dedication to Detail

We collaborate with event coordinators, venues and couples right from the beginning, focusing on the big picture of your vision while emphasizing details that are special to you. 

Through careful planning, your theme begins with gorgeous paper prints (save the dates and invitation suites), continues through to the big day with personalized decor and matching accessories, and finishes with thoughtful thank you gifts. 

Our Process

We strive to be efficient and transparent with our clients about our general process so you can know what to expect when working with us! The following provides an overview of working together for creating your event brand and designing your save the dates and stationery suite.

1. Consultation & Planning

  • We hear about your event, ask questions about your needs, and share about our services and products.

  • Emailed for review within 3-5 business days after your consultation, with non-refundable deposit link if you’d like to proceed.

  • Mailed to you after deposit is received. A goodie box filled with samples to review, and a booklet with helpful content to help you pick your favorite stocks, inks, and accessories – all of these details help build your event brand!  

    Psst…we also include a little welcome gift from our team!

  • Scheduled 2+ weeks after we receive your final decisions for design, we review your event branding guide (or mood board), as well as first proofs of your stationery. We address changes to be made to perfect your design, as well as fine tune the items to be included in your custom package.

  • After the Design Meeting, our team will create an invoice for your event based on your desired package. This is tweaked throughout the rest of the design phase (changes to quantity, adding cards, etc.). 

    To proceed, we require 50% payment on this invoice.

2. Design Phase

  • This does not have a set time frame. Some projects are wrapped up within a week, others within several months – depending on the number of items in the package, and promptness of communication between parties as we progress through rounds of edits.

  • Please expect 3-5 business days for proof revisions after initial design meeting, and 1-3 business days for each additional round of revisions.

    We will discuss edits by phone, email, or additional 30 minute meetings as requested.

3. Pre-Production Phase

  • This phase begins after written/emailed approval of all files is received.

  • Your final invoice will be generated to reflect final package and total design time. To proceed, we require payment in full for remaining balance due.

  • Lastly, the Closing Agreement form is required to submit before proceeding to production.

4. Production Phase

  • This phase begins the next business day after Pre-Production Phase conditions are met.

  • Timelines will be provided after the orders have been submitted.

  • Rush services are available upon request, pending verification from our production and fulfillment team.
