• If you selected a product with a template, please answer the personalizing questions prompted at checkout in as much detail as possible so we have the content we need to create your proofs!

2. Finalize & Place Your Order

• Watch your inbox—a local event stylist will follow up with you within 1 business day to confirm the details of your order.
• If you are purchasing a custom design package, your local event stylist will follow up with you to schedule your design consultation.

3. Personalize Your Templates or Create Your Custom Design

• Unlimited proof revisions are included with your order through email correspondence with your local event stylist.
• Template Personalization: Please allow 1-2 business days to receive new proofs after each round of requested edits.
• Custom Design: Please allow 7-10 business days for concept development after the initial design consultation, followed by 1-2 business days to receive new proofs after each round of requested edits.

4. Printing of Your Order

• After we receive approval of your designs, your order will ship within 10-14 business days. Rush services and upgraded shipping are available.
