WELCOME PLANNERS & COORDINATORS!

We're so excited you're here!  Let's get started with planning all the printed details for your client's wedding or special event!  Our goal is to come along side you from the beginning,  become a trusted partner in your planning process as you guide the happy couple to the big day!  Our team will work from your lead to offer suggestions and ideas, while creating a custom proposal based on your client's needs, likes and budget.  You can rest assured that if it requires design, printing (or personalizing), we can help you check that task off your list!  We have a wide range of products we can print in-house, and partnerships with other specialists who can assist us for any outsourced needs.  

Please read through the following steps and informational pages so you know the full scope of how we can assist you.  It is important to us to be transparent about our process so you know what to expect when working together. 

Step 1:  Schedule a complimentary consultation - We HIGHLY recommend contacting us after your initial consultation with a new client so we are able to assist you from the beginning stages moving forward.  This is critical because we can take the burden of design and research off your plate by creating a complimentary mood board around their design theme, and providing you with a bigger picture as to the possibilities for personalizing their event.  This will also help you advise on their budget planning.  However, where ever you are in the process, our team is here to help!

Step 2:  Please add us to your contacts list!  We will be communicating with you through email (so we both have a paper trail :).  Please check your SPAM to make sure you aren't missing any important information. 

Step 3:  Custom Proposal and Mood Board - After our consultation, we will provide you with a custom proposal and mood board that summarizes the design theme of the event.  Our team will revise these items as needed to meet your client's needs, wants and budget! 

Step 4:  Pay Deposit.  When your client is satisfied with their proposal and mood board, a deposit of 50% of your total invoice is due before we begin the design phase.  An invoice will be sent to you via email.  The balance is due before we proceed to print.
