Cancellations

  • If you aren't satisfied with your order after 3 rounds of edits, we will cancel your order and offer you a partial refund (minus the non-refundable deposit)
  • Once your proofs are approved for printing, your order can't be canceled or refunded.

Issues

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
  • Mistakes happen! If you receive an order with a typo that was approved during the proofing process, a 10% discount will be extended to you to process a reprint order.
  • Please note: printed colors as well as product colors will vary from what you see on a computer or mobile screen. If color matching is required, please coordinate to provide us with physical samples of your colors, and our team will work to find the perfect matches.
  • If your product was damaged during shipping, we will reprint your order for you (proof of damage provided by photos is required).  

Returns

  • All of our products are printed uniquely for you and cannot be returned.
