Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, you will receive a refund minus custom design fees and any non-refundable deposits.  

Returns

  • All of our products are printed uniquely for you and cannot be returned.

Misc.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your items.  This allows us to attempt to address/rectify any qualifying issues in a timely fashion.  
  • Mistakes happen! If you must reorder, we will extend a 25% discount to help with your reprinting costs.  Please note - we suggest having additional people proof your files before approving to avoid simple mistakes to spellings, punctuation, and layout.  While our team is here to guide you with the design process, TPE is not responsible for any errors on orders after approval is received.
  • Please note:  printed colors will vary from what you see on a computer or mobile screen, and they vary when printed on paper, fabric, plastic, etc. We can't promise color matching but we will do our best to assist in this process.  To help you make a decision with your ink choices, we recommend ordering a press proof to see the colors on your product prior to placing your full order.  
  • If your product was damaged during shipping, we will reprint your order for you (proof of damage provided by photos is required).
