Cancellations for Semi-Custom Orders

If you aren't satisfied with your order after 3 rounds of edits, we will cancel your order and offer you a full refund.
Once your proofs are approved for printing, your order can't be canceled or refunded.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
Mistakes happen! If you receive an order with a typo that was approved during the proofing process, a 10% discount will be extended to you to process a reprint order.
Please note: printed colors will vary from what you see on a computer or mobile screen. If color matching is required, please coordinate with your event stylist to provide us with physical samples of your colors, and our team will work to find the perfect matches.
